The journey began with a move to Amsterdam at the age of nineteen, leaving behind the serene countryside of the Netherlands where early childhood was spent. Enrollment at the Dutch Photography Academy marked the beginning of a career in photography, followed by years of mentorship under two remarkable female Fashion and Portrait Photographers. These experiences provided not only technical photography and retouching skills but also invaluable lessons in communication, preparation, and client relations. Long hours and dedication led to recognition from major publications, resulting in years of work for esteemed titles such as Harper's Bazaar, V Magazine, Vogue, and W Magazine.
In 2017, a move to New York, alongside a partner, brought significant personal and professional growth. However, a series of images is currently in development, set to become a first solo exhibition in 2025.

Having grown up with an identical twin brother, there was an early awareness of both similarities and differences, fostering a deep appreciation for individuality. This perspective has carried into the fashion industry, where traditional standards have long dictated uniformity in models and talent. Advocating for diversity and inclusivity has become a priority, particularly for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who have navigated personal and societal challenges to embrace their identities. An ongoing photography series seeks to capture individuals who embody this strength and authenticity, telling powerful stories of self-acceptance. Brooklyn often serves as the backdrop, with soft daylight and black-and-white photography enhancing the timeless essence of each portrait.
